Project Introduction

Elpis was our first masterplanned community in the outer west suburb of Truganina, 23 km from Melbourne CBD. This residential project focused on the opportunities of the estate's conservation area, the beautiful landscapes, park and clearly identified vistas. 

This estate, which rolled out in 19 stages, features 586 conventional lots and townhouses. It received an unprecedented demand with each stage release and has since sold out.
